Shipping
1. How much are the shipping costs?
- Germany, Austria & Switzerland: €4.99
- International shipping: €5.99
- Free worldwide shipping for orders over €60.
2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our delivery time is 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the product and the destination country.
Once we have shipped your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link via email, allowing you to track your shipment.
Product
1. What materials are your t-shirts made from?
All of our products are 100% fair, vegan, and made from organic cotton.
The printing is done in Germany using a 100% waterless process. We use water-based inks free of heavy metals and harmless dyes. The ink is 100% biodegradable.
Returns
1. What is your return policy?
You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, without providing a reason. We only accept returns for new and unworn items.
If your item is defective or something is missing, it must be reported beforehand. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the full purchase price will be refunded.
If your return period of 14 days has expired and no extended return period has been confirmed by us, your return will be automatically sent back to you.
2. How do I return items?
You have 14 days from receiving your item to withdraw your order.
Please note that we cannot cover return shipping costs. Ensure that the products are securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping.
3. Can I return multiple orders in one package?
Yes, you can return multiple orders in one package.
Please make sure all items are listed on the enclosed return form and that the clothes are securely packed.
4. Have you received my return?
We do not send confirmation of receipt for returns. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a notification. Typically, processing takes up to 10 days. During sales periods, processing may take longer. Keep your postal receipt as proof until the refund is complete.
Orders
1. My order is defective, wrong, or incomplete.
In case of a complaint, please contact us via email at support@anmalove.com.
If you received a defective item, please send us photos of the full item and the defect.
If you received the wrong item, please send us a photo of your entire order.
If your order is incomplete, please contact us via email as well.
Don’t forget to include your order number.
2. I haven’t received an order confirmation.
Please check your spam folder if you can’t find an email from us in your inbox.
If you still haven’t received an order confirmation after 24 hours, feel free to contact customer service at support@anmalove.com.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t gone into production.
Changes to orders cannot be made after they are placed.
If you forgot to add an item, you can place a new order, or we can cancel your previous one so you can place a new order.
4. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your delivery address.

Availability
1. Will sold-out clothing be restocked?
Unfortunately, we cannot provide an exact date as many factors play a role. Generally, it takes 4-6 weeks for clothing to be restocked.
Payment
1. How secure is online payment?
We place the highest priority on your security when processing payments.
Your details are, of course, encrypted to ensure that third parties cannot access them. Your credit card payment will be handled by a security-certified partner.
