Every item is made just for you. We print each order individually and ship it from our production site in Germany (Allgäuerstraße 20a, 87719 Mindelheim).

Delivery time

• Production: 1–2 business days
• Total delivery time: usually 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday) to Germany and the rest of Europe
• Sweden, Norway, Finland: 4–8 business days
• During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

• FREE shipping on orders from €69
• Orders under €69: €4.95
• Sweden, Norway, Finland: always free

Paying in another currency? The amounts are converted automatically – in the UK, delivery is free from approx. £59, otherwise £5.00. You always see the exact amount in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking link.

Customs

Deliveries within the EU are free of customs duties. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom), local import taxes or fees may apply depending on the country.
